1. Service Description
The Agent Readiness Platform ("the Service") is a software-as-a-service product operated by Agent Readiness Platform ("we," "us," or "our"). The Service simulates AI agents discovering, evaluating, and attempting to purchase developer tools and SaaS products, then generates readiness reports and scores based on the agent's experience.
The Service evaluates publicly accessible information only, including marketing pages, documentation, pricing pages, and public API references. We do not access protected or authenticated areas of any third-party website.
2. Account Terms
- You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register for an account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Payment Terms
The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go credit model, with optional pre-purchased credit packs.
- Pay-as-you-go: Each evaluation is billed at LLM cost plus a 45% platform fee. The estimated cost is shown before you confirm each evaluation.
- Credit packs: You may pre-purchase credits at published rates. Credits are non-transferable.
- No refunds on consumed credits: Once credits have been used to run an evaluation, they are non-refundable. Unused credit pack balances may be refunded within 30 days of purchase by contacting support.
- Billing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
- Price changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing credit balances are not affected by price changes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to abuse, harass, or harm any third party or their products.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use automated scraping tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service beyond its intended API.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
- Submit intentionally false or misleading vendor information to manipulate evaluation results.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute evaluation reports or platform access without our written consent.
- Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.
5. Data Handling
Our evaluations fetch publicly accessible web pages only. We do not:
- Store credentials, API keys, or passwords for any third-party service.
- Access authenticated or protected areas of any website.
- Create accounts, submit forms, or make purchases on vendor websites.
- Perform any destructive or modifying actions on third-party systems.

6. Intellectual Property
- Your reports: Evaluation reports generated for your account are yours to use, share, and distribute as you see fit. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.
- Our platform: The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, scoring methodology, and branding, is our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
- Aggregated data: We may use anonymized, aggregated evaluation data (with no identifying customer information) for research, benchmarking, and improving the Service, including public leaderboards.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that evaluation results will be accurate or complete.
- In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
- By you: You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@agentreadiness.net. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our data retention policy.
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if continued provision of the Service is no longer commercially viable. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
- Effect of termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credit balance may be refunded at our discretion, minus credits consumed by completed evaluations.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
